Personal Statement

As a specialist in pediatric neurology, pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities, and pediatric neuroimmunology, I strive to provide state of the art family-centered care. I recognize the complexity of the disorders that my patients and their families seek care for and am dedicated to supporting my patients’ individualized needs. Evidence-based medicine guides my practice combined with an empathetic and compassionate approach to my patients’ care.

Clinical and Research Interests

Pediatric demyelinating diseases (ADEM, multiple sclerosis, transverse myelitis, optic neuritis, neuromyelitis optica, MOG antibody disease, clinically isolated syndrome, radiologically isolated syndrome,), autoimmune encephalidities (such as anti-NMDAr encephalitis) as well as other central and peripheral neuroinflammatory diseases (central nervous system vasculitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome, myasthenia gravis)
